We receive compensation by the fund’s investment manager on a "hard dollar" basis and no additional fees are borne by the investors for our participation in the placement process. For the investment manager, we offer a hands-on approach tailored to his or her strategy that seeks to effectively differentiate the fund and efficiently leverage the manager’s marketing commitment.
